Description Residence consists 9 Suites and with all possible amenities of a luxury residence. A sunny roof terrace is at the disposal of our guests. It is included a 24 hours reception guaranteeing total security.

Each Suite has exclusive made-to-measure design furniture, modern kitchen or kitchenette, luxury marble bathroom or shower, satellite TV, private safe and direct telephone line.
All Suites are designed as duplex units, where each upper floor serves as bedroom.

NotesJunior Suites :(one bedroom) offer a double bed on the upper floor, and a living room with kitchenette. Living room offers also convertible couch is at your disposal on the main floor (except Suite 5) offering additional single bed. Shower at the main floor of the Suite. Maximum occupancy - 3 persons.
Executive Suites :(two bedroom) offer separate bedroom on the main floor and the upper floor serves as further double or single bedroom. Living room on the main floor with kitchenette ) or fully furnished kitchen . Shower or bathroom with tub are on the main floor. Maximum occupancy - 4 persons.
Grand Suite: (three bedroom) has two separate bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and the upper floor serves as bedroom with 2 single beds . Living room with fully furnished kitchen on the main floor . Bathroom with tub offers great view to St.Nicholas Church. Max occupancy 6 persons.

Reservation PolicyPets are free of charge (dogs and cats).
Children up to 15 years free of charge if staying in the same Suite with adults.

Cancellation Policy1/ NO CHARGE

- if you cancel your stay (booking for less than 7 days) 49 hours prior to your arrival - till 12:00 o'clock (noon) !
- if you cancel your stay (booking for more than 7 days) 7 days prior to your arrival

2/ ONE NIGHT CHARGE (shorter stays only)

will be charged in case that :

- you will not inform us about your cancellation ("No show")
- you will cancel your booking after 12:00 o'clock (noon) later then 48 hours before your arrival
- you will cancel your booking the same day of your arrival

3/ FULL CHARGE (longer stays only)

only at stays which are booked for more then 7 nights and have been cancelled later then 7 days prior to your expected arrival

short stay - maximum 6 nights
long stay - 7 nights and more
