Three bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of the building with elevator. This duplex apartment has two double bedrooms on the main floor and a third bedroom on the gallery. One bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a king size bed, the other one with double bed (or twin beds).
The gallery bedroom disposes of two single beds.
The Suite is furnished with exclusive Italian design furniture with a lot of built in wardrobes.

The main floor features nice living room with couch, comfortable armchairs, satellite TV and direct telephone, safe.
Dining area and fully fitted kitchen (cooker, oven, dishwasher) as well as modern marble bathroom with a tub and shower, WC and washing machine are also situated on the main floor.

Cancellation Policy1/ NO CHARGE

- if you cancel your stay (booking for less than 7 days) 49 hours prior to your arrival - till 12:00 o'clock (noon) !
- if you cancel your stay (booking for more than 7 days) 7 days prior to your arrival

2/ ONE NIGHT CHARGE (shorter stays only)

will be charged in case that :

- you will not inform us about your cancellation ("No show")
- you will cancel your booking after 12:00 o'clock (noon) later then 48 hours before your arrival
- you will cancel your booking the same day of your arrival

3/ FULL CHARGE (longer stays only)

only at stays which are booked for more then 7 nights and have been cancelled later then 7 days prior to your expected arrival

short stay - maximum 6 nights
long stay - 7 nights and more
