The apartment is furnished with exclusive Italian design furniture with a lot of built-in wardrobes.

The main floor features a nice and comfortable living room with a couch and an armchair, dining area, satellite TV and direct telephone as well as a kitchenette (cooker, fridge) and a marble bathroom which disposes of a tub with shower and WC. There is a private safe in the suite.

- if you cancel your stay (booking for less than 7 days) 49 hours prior to your arrival - till 12:00 o'clock (noon) !
- if you cancel your stay (booking for more than 7 days) 7 days prior to your arrival

2/ ONE NIGHT CHARGE (shorter stays only)

will be charged in case that :

- you will not inform us about your cancellation ("No show")
- you will cancel your booking after 12:00 o'clock (noon) later then 48 hours before your arrival
- you will cancel your booking the same day of your arrival

3/ FULL CHARGE (longer stays only)

only at stays which are booked for more then 7 nights and have been cancelled later then 7 days prior to your expected arrival

short stay - maximum 6 nights
long stay - 7 nights and more
